Order Process and Stock Status
Upon order placement we will process your order and email your order status whether it is ready for pick up or and Estimated time of availability.
Some Items may not be in stock. Special Order Items generally take 1 -3 Days to arrive to Us prior to ship out to you.
We will email you during order processing with and expected ETA of shipment.
Oversize or Heavy Items
If you have Chosen your order to be shipped directly to you instead of will call
Some items may require additional freight charges due to physical weight or dimensional weight of the item. You will be notified for your approval before shipping if additional freight charges are required.
These are available for Customer Pick Up or Delivery to a Local Dallas Ft. Worth Commercial Repair Facility
(Orders placed for Unavailable, Discontinued, or Non Shippable items will be cancelled and refunded.)
